复方酮康唑软膏的制备及临床应用

摘    要:
目的:复方酮康唑软膏的制备和临床应用。方法:采用二阶导数光谱法和单波长法分别测定酮康唑与依诺沙星的含量。结果:被测组分的平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为:酮康唑101.6%和0.85%,依诺沙星100.2%和0.26%。结论:方法简便,结果准确,可用于复方酮康唑软膏的质量控制。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To prepare the compound ketoconazole ointment and observe the effects on skin infection. METHODS The second order devivative spectrophotometry and ultraviolet spectrophotometry were used to determinate ketoconazole and enoxacin in respectively ointment.RESULTS The average recoveries and relative SD were 101.6% , 0.85% for ketoconazole and 100.2% , 0.26% for enoxacin. CONCLUSIONS The method was simple and accurate, and could be used for the quality control of compound ketoconazole ointment.
