多功能肢体锻炼仪的研制及在临床中的应用

目的 研制一种经济实用,使用方便的新型肢体锻炼仪,可促进患者肢体功能早期康复,防止并发症发生.方法 依据现有技术中的自行车脚踏装置,设计一种手动脚踏式锻炼仪,防止将患肢穿鞋套或手套固定在脚踏板或手柄上,利用患者一侧健肢来做运动,以可运动的这个肢体带动其他肢体作被动协调运动,或患者四肢固定于锻炼仪上,由一陪护人员握住其中的一个手柄或脚踏板,进行转动,从而带动患者四肢的被动运动.结果 10例患者均可借助这种锻炼仪实现自我锻炼,利于肢体功能恢复,减少并发症的发生.结论 新型肢体锻炼仪设计合理,使用方便,在临床、社会上具有较广泛的使用价值.

Development and application in clinical of a new instrument for physical exercise

Objective To develop an economical and practical, easy to use new physical exercise apparatus, which can promote early recovery of limb function in patients with no complications. Methods With the existing technology of the bicycle pedal device, a training manual foot-operated device was designed. First,limb shoes or gloves were fixed to the pedals or handle, then, a body movement can make the movement of other limbs of this body as a passive co-ordination exercise, or exercise with limbs fixed apparatus by an escort officer holding one of the handles or foot pedals, then rotate, thereby stimulate the passive limb movement in patients.Results 10 patients with this exercise apparatus can be self-training, and promote the function recovery,reduce complications. Conclusions The novel physical training apparatus was designed properly, convenient in clinical use, and had a wide use value in the world.
