康艾注射液联合化疗治疗肺癌疗效观察

目的研究康艾注射液配合化疗治疗肺癌的临床疗效。方法选择108例肺癌患者随机分成2组,其中治疗组68例,对照组40例。治疗组应用康艾注射液＋化疗,对照组单纯用化疗。结果治疗组总疗效为82.4%,明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论康艾注射液结合化疗使用,能提高生存质量,延长生存期,改善患者的症状,具有显著的增效减毒,减轻化疗毒副反应作用。

Curative Effect Observation on 108 Cases of Patients with Lung Cancer Treated by Kangai Injection

Objective To investigate the curative effect of KangAi Injection when treating lung cancer with operation and chems.Methods 10 8lung cancer patients were divided randomly to 2groups,the treatment group was 68patients,40subjects as a control.the patients in treatment group were treated by KangAi Injection,operation and chems;the patients in control group were treated by operation and chems.Result The general effective rate of treatment group was 82.4%,significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion When KangAi Injectionwas applied with operation and chems,it was able to mitigate the syndrome of lung cancer,improve life quality,prolong survival time an exhibit focus.It had the significant effect of synergy and attenuation,and could promote the postoperative recovery.
