摘    要:〔目的〕根据目前蜱媒病原的危害情况,从分子流行病学角度探讨可能存在的新发蜱媒传染病及复合感染情况。〔方法〕采集黑龙江11个口岸的蜱,通过病原培养分离,动物试验后进行分子生物学检测。〔结果〕检出5种病原微生物,全沟硬蜱可同时携带这5种病原体,发现了复合感染蜱。〔结论〕黑龙江口岸蜱类及蜱携带病原体情况复杂,引起蜱传疾病的风险巨大。

Abstract:Objective To introdue the distributions of tick and five pathogenic microorganisms at Heilongjiang Port, and to study the situation of new tick-borne diseases and its compound infections by molecule epidemiology. Method The ticks were collected at eleven ports in Heilongjiang, and all tick samples were detected and cultivated by using PCR and molecule epidemiological technique.
