50例二氧化碳激光治疗酒渣鼻的体会

目的探讨二氧化碳激光聚焦点状治疗酒渣鼻的效果。方法对50例酒渣鼻患者中红斑期29例,丘疹期16例,鼻赘期5例进行二氧化碳激光聚焦点状治疗。结果29例经一次治疗患者面部红斑显著减轻,树枝状管消失,结节不同程度减轻;16例丘疹期患者红斑、结节不同程度减轻,树枝状血管减少,二次治疗后六例有轻微色素丢失;5例鼻赘期患者增生结节有改善,二次治疗后五例均出现轻度凹陷性疤痕。结论二氧化碳激光聚焦点状治疗酒渣鼻是较好的治疗方法,对于红斑期、丘疹期无瘢痕形成,鼻赘期激光操作时要仔细谨慎。

Experiences in Treatment of Rosacea Using Precision Focus CO_2 Laser——A 50 Cases Report

Objective To explore the effects of applying precision focus CO2 laser in the treatment of rosacea. Methods Applying CO2 laser in the treatment of 50 cases of rosacea,including 29 cases of phase I patients,16 cases of phase II and 5 cases of phase III. Results After one treatment by CO2 laser,predominant reduction of erythema,disappearing of branch-type vessels and improvement of tubercular hy-perplasia were observed in all patients. Slightly hypo-pigmentation was presented in 6 cases of phase II patients and depressed scar was pre-sented in all 5 cases of phase III patients after second treatment. Conclusions CO2 laser is a good choice for the treatment of rosacea which can cure the phase I and phase II rosacea patients without scar formation but it should be more careful when applying in phase III patients.
