麻黄附子细辛汤联合孟鲁司特钠治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效

目的探讨麻黄附子细辛汤联合孟鲁司特钠治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取会昌县中医院2017年1月-2018年6月收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者112例,随机分为对照组与试验组,各56例。对照组予以孟鲁司特钠治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用麻黄附子细辛汤治疗。两组均连续治疗4周。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后症状积分、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素4(IL-4)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α),并观察两组不良反应发生情况。结果试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组症状积分、hs-CRP、IL-4、TNF-α比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组症状积分、hs-CRP、IL-4、TNF-α低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论麻黄附子细辛汤联合孟鲁司特钠治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者临床症状,减少炎性反应,且安全性较高。

Clinical effect of Mahuang fuzi xixin decoction combined with montelukast sodium on cough variant asthma

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Mahuang fuzi xixin decoction combined with montelukast sodium on cough variant asthma.Methods A total of 112 cases of patients with cough variant asthma were selected from January 2017 to June 2018 in Huichang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium,the experimental group was treated with Mahuang fuzi xixin decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical effect,symptoms scores,hs-CRP,IL-4,TNF-α before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in symptom scores,hs-CRP,IL-4 and TNF-α between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the experimental group of symptom score,hs-CRP,IL-4 and TNF-α were lower than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Mahuang fuzi xixin decoction combined with montelukast sodium have an exact clinical effect for cough variant asthma,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce inflammatory response,and with high safety.
