异丙嗪联合葛根素治疗急诊眩晕的临床疗效及其安全性

目的探讨异丙嗪联合葛根素治疗急诊眩晕的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选取重庆市九龙坡区人民医院2018年3月-2019年3月收治的急诊眩晕患者98例,按照急诊先后顺序分为常规组和研究组,各49例。常规组给予盐酸异丙嗪片,研究组给予异丙嗪联合葛根素治疗,两组连续治疗7 d。比较两组临床疗效、症状消失时间、实际用药时间,观察两组不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率高于常规组,症状消失时间、实际用药时间短于常规组,不良反应发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论异丙嗪联合葛根素治疗急诊眩晕的临床疗效确切,可有效缩短症状消失时间和实际用药时间,且安全性较高。

Clinical efficacy and safety of promethazine combined with puerarin for acute vertigo

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of promethazine combined with puerarin for emergency vertigo.Methods A total of 98 cases of patients with vertigo were selected from March 2018 to March 2019 in Jiulongpo District People’s Hospital of Chongqing,which were divided into routine group and research group,according to the emergency sequence,49 cases each of group.The routine group was given promethazine hydrochloride tablets,the study group was given promethazine combined with puerarin,two groups were treated for 7 days.The clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time and actual medication time of the two groups were compared,and the adverse reactions were observed.Results The research group of total effective rate was higher than the routine group,symptom disappearance time and actual medication time were shorter than the routine group,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower than the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Promethazine combined with puerarin in the treatment of emergency vertigo has a definite clinical effect,which can effectively shorten the time of symptom disappearance and actual medication,and with high safety.
