前移宣教提高不孕不育患者就医目标的达成率

目的:探讨前移宣教服务对不孕不育患者就医目标达成率的影响。方法:选取2019年5~6月开展前移宣教服务的初诊不孕不育患者120例作为观察组,2019年3~4月开展前移宣教工作前就医的初诊不孕不育患者120例作为对照组。对照组患者根据分诊护士导引及指示牌信息候诊就诊,观察组在患者来院就诊前即接受前移宣教指导,发放首诊患者问诊表单,并向患者解读问诊术语及各项化验检查的目的及意义、生殖中心诊疗流程。比较两组患者就医体验情况、医生对两组患者的接诊评价情况、患者遵医行为情况。结果:观察组就医过程中的肯定体验明显高于对照组(χ^2=8.50,P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;接诊医生对两组患者的评价,观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=4.34,P<0.05)。两组患者在诊疗中遵医嘱治疗、遵医嘱复诊、遵医嘱调整生活方式比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:前移宣教服务能提高不孕不育患者就医目标的达成率,提高患者就医体验,降低遵医缺陷的发生,使医生诊疗过程更加顺利、医患关系更和谐。

The influence of forward education on the achievement rate of infertility

Objective To explore the influence of forward education service on the achievement rate of infertility patients.Methods A total of 120 newly diagnosed infertility patients who underwent forward education service from May to June 2019 were selected as the observation group.A total of 120 initially diagnosed infertility patients from March to April 2019 who went to the doctor before the work of forward education were taken as the control group.Patients in the control group were waiting for treatment according to the guidance of triage nurses and the information on signs.Before patients came to the hospital for treatment,the observation group received the guidance of propaganda and education in advance,issued the inquiry form for patients with the first diagnosis,and explained the inquiry terms and the purpose and significance of various laboratory tests to the patients,as well as the diagnosis and treatment process of the reproductive center.The two groups of patients'medical experience,the doctor's evaluation of the two groups of patients,and the patient's compliance behavior were compared.Results Positive experience in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.50,P<0.05).The evaluation of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.34,P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in treatment according to doctor's advice,treatment according to doctor's advice,and adjustment of lifestyle according to doctor's advice(P<0.05).Conclusions The forward education service can improve the achievement rate of infertility patients'medical treatment goals and patients'medical treatment experience,reduce the occurrence of medical compliance defects,make the medical treatment process more smooth and the doctor-patient relationship more harmonious.
