疏香灸法治疗便秘型肠易激综合征20例临床观察

目的：观察疏香灸法治疗便秘型肠易激综合征（肝郁气滞型）的临床疗效。方法：将40例便秘型肠易激综合征（肝郁气滞型）随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例。治疗组使用疏香灸治疗,对照组使用莫沙必利片治疗。两组均治疗4周,观察对比两组的临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为90.0%,对照组为45.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：疏香灸治疗便秘型肠易激综合征（肝郁气滞型）具有良好疗效,且操作简单。

Shuxiangjiu for treatment of constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome of stagnation of liver-qi stagnation type patients curative effect observation

Objective： To observe the Shuxiangjiu for treatment of constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome of stagnation of liver-qi stagnation type clinical curative effect.Methods： 40 patients with constipation type irritable bowel syndrome of stagnation of liver-qi stagnation type were randomly divided into the Shuxiangjiu group,western medicine group.Shuxiangjiu group using the Shuxiangjiu therapy,western medicine group using mosapride treatment,treatment for 4 weeks.Observation of clinical curative effect contrast of 2 groups.Results： scanty sweet moxibustion group 12 cases were cured,3 cases,effective in 3 cases,2 cases are invalid;western medicine group,5 cases were cured,3 cases,effective in 1 cases,11 cases are invalid.Shuxiangjiu group curative effect obviously superior to western medicine group（P0.05）;conclusion： Shuxiangjiu for treatment of constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome of stagnation of liver-qi stagnation type has good clinical curative effect,and has the advantages of simple operation,worthy of clinical application.
