奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙、5-氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌的疗效与安全性

目的：观察奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙和5-氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌的疗效和安全性。方法：奥沙利铂100mg/m^2静脉滴注2h,第1天;亚叶酸钙200mg/m^2,静滴2h,第1-5天,5-氟尿嘧啶500mg/m^2,静滴4h,第1-5天。每21天为一周期,行3周期治疗后判定疗效。结果：入组病例32例,完全缓解（CR）2例,部分缓解（PR）10例,病情稳定（SD）15例,病情进展（PD）5例,总有效率37.5%（12/32）。常见毒副反应为消化道、血液学毒性及外周感觉神经毒性。结论：奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙和5-氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌疗效肯定,毒副反应能耐受,是较为理想的化疗方法。

The efficacy and safety of oxaliplatin combined with calciumfolinate and fluorouracil in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer patients

Objective： To study the efficacy and safety of oxaliplatin combined with calciumfolinate and fluorouracil in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer patients. Methods：32 patients with advanced gastric cancer were treated with chemotherapy regimen （ L - OHP 100 mg/m^2 dl, continue injection （CI） for 2 hours ; LV 200mg/m^2dl - 5, CI for 2 hours ; 5-Fu 500mg/m^2dl - 5, CI for 4 hours）. 3 weeks as 1 cycle. Efficacy was evaluated after 3 cycle. Results：There were 2 cases with complete response, 10 cases with partial response, 15 cases with stable diseases,5 cases with progressive diseases. Total response rate was 37.5 % （ 12/32 ）. The main side effects were gastrointestinal,myelosuppression and neurotoxicity. Conclusion：The L- OHP/LV/5 -Fu chemotherapy is effective for advanced gastric cancer, its toxicity is liable to be well tolerated. It＇s an ideal chemotherapy.
