| 摘 要： | 我们采用7.5及10MHz探头检查163例甲状腺结节,均为手术和病理证女,甲状腺结节的超声定位诊断符合率100%,检出最小结节直径0.4cm。定性诊断符合率93.3%(152/163例),恶性结节符合率88.5%(23/26例),良性结节符合率94.2%(129/137例)。为提高超声诊符合断率,本文分析了甲状腺结节的声像图特征并讨论了超声对甲状腺结节定位及定性诊断的价值。

| Abstract: | 163 cases of thyroid nodules were detected by 7. 5 and 10 MHz prode and indentified by operation and pathology. Diagnostic rate of ultrasonography for localization of thyroid nodules was 100%. Diameter of the smallest nodule was 0. 4cm. The diagnostic correct rate of nodule nature was 93. 3% (152/163), among which correct rate of malignant was 88. 5% (23/26) and binign was 94. 2% (129/137). In order to improve the ultrasonographic diagnostic accuracy rate, features of sonography and value for defecting location and nature of thyroid nodules by ultrasonography were discussed in this paper. |
