旋覆降逆汤二联疗法对反流性食管炎患者食管黏膜及胃泌素的影响

目的探讨旋覆降逆汤二联疗法对反流性食管炎患者食管黏膜及胃泌素的影响。方法选择60例患者,随机分为对照组、治疗组,治疗组用旋覆降逆汤及奥美拉唑肠溶片二联疗法,对照组只用奥美拉唑肠溶片。结果治疗组与对照组治疗两个月与4个月,内镜改善总有效率差异均有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组治疗两个月能明显提高患者胃泌素水平,两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组治疗4个月能明显提高患者胃泌素水平,两者比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论旋覆降逆汤二联疗法较单用西药能明显改善食管黏膜和提高胃泌素。

Effect of Bigeminy Therapy with Xuanfujiangnitang Decoction on Mucous Membrane of Esophagus and Gastrin of Cases of Reflux Esophagitis

Objective: to discuss the effect of bigeminy therapy with Xuanfujiangnitang decoction on mucous membrane of esophagus and gastrin of cases of reflux esophagitis. Methods: 60 cases were selected and divided randomly into control group and treatment group, the latter by bigeminy therapy with the decoction and Omeprazole ECT, the former by Omeprazole ECT only. Results: treatment group and control group treated for 2 and 4 months, there were significant differences between the total effective rates of endoscope improvement (p<0.05); compared with control group, the treatment group could increase the gastrin level after 2 month treatment and the difference was significant (p<0.05), and the difference was of great significance after 4 month treatment (p<0.01). Conclusion: bigeminy therapy with Xuanfujiangnitang decoction can improve mucous membrane of esophagus and increase gastrin more significantly than western medicine only.
