| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨双J管在上尿路疾病中的临床应用效果。方法 治疗81例不同原因的上尿路疾病患者，采用双J管内引流及支架。结果 除1例双J管未插入膀胱外，80例均获得了内引流及支架的满意效果。结论 上尿路疾病的各种开放性手术，最好选双J管内引流及支架，肾盂内较大结石行ESWL前经尿道膀胱镜置入双J管。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the use of Double-J stent in the disease of upper urinary tract.Method A total of 81 cases with upper urinary disease were placed Double-J stent.Results The stent has been satisfactory in all the 80 cases excpt 1 case that the Double-J stent was not placed in bladder.Conclusions Placed Double-J stent is an effective procedure for the upper urinary tract disease.Double-J stent should he inserted in patients with complicated ureteral calculi before ESWL. |
