62例宫颈电环切除术后病理结果分析

目的对比宫颈电环切除前后组织学和细胞学结果,探讨宫颈电环切除术对宫颈病变的诊治价值。方法回顾性分析我院近3年来因细胞学检查结果异常和阴道镜下多点活检结果异常者行宫颈电环切除术62例的临床、病理资料。结果宫颈电环切除术后组织学与术前活检诊断相符率85.48%,与术前细胞学结果对比,诊断符合率79.03%。结论细胞学检查和阴道镜下多点活检与宫颈电环切除术后的病理结果具有一定差异,在治疗决策前行宫颈电环切除术是必要的。

Clinical Analysis for the Results of Pathological Examination in Cervical Loop Electrical Excision Procedure of 62 cases

Objective To compare the results of histology and cytology before/after electricity loop excision of cervices, and explore diagnosis value of electricity loop excision of cervices on cervical pathological change. Methods Retrospective analysis was used to deal with the clinical and pathology materials of 62 cases over the past 3 years, who were operated on electricity loop excision of cervices due to abnormal cytology or the multi- spots live tissue test under the colposcope. Results 85.48% of the histology result after the cervical excision was consistent with live tissue test results before electricity loop excision of cervices. similarly, 79.03% of the histology results was in accord with that of cytology. Conclusion Variance exists in outcomes between pathology after electricity loop excision of cervices and cytology method, or the multi-spots live tissue test. It is necessary to operate the electricity loop excision of cervices before the treatment decision-making.
