摘 要: | 目的:应用动态平衡仪探讨视觉代偿对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者平衡功能的影响。方法:18例SLE患者(SLE组)和20例正常人(正常组),应用动态平衡仪在专人指导下分别进行睁眼和闭眼状态下平衡功能测试,指标包括总体稳定指数(SI)、前后方向稳定指数(AP-SI)、左右方向稳定指数(ML-SI),分别代表站立时总体及在矢状面、额状面上的平均摆动角度。结果:3项指数的测试值在睁眼和闭眼状态下比较,SLE组均显著高于正常组(P0.01)。结论:动态平衡测试视觉反馈对SLE患者平衡功能的影响比正常组明显;重视视觉反馈对SLE患者平衡功能的影响对防止SLE患者跌倒损伤具有重要的意义。

Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effects of visual compensation on balance function in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) by using dynamic balance instrument.Methods: Eighteen SLE patients(SLE group) and 20 health adults(control group) were tested by dynamic balance device.The stability index(SI),anterior/posterior stability index(AP-SI) and medial/lateral stability index(MLSI) were measured,representing total average pendulum angle,sagittal plane average pendulum angle and frontal plane average pendulum angle,respectively.Results: There was significant difference in SI,AP-SI and MLSI in SLE group between open eyes dynamic balance test and close eyes dynamic balance test(P0.01).There was significant difference in SI,AP-SI and MLSI in open eyes dynamic balance test and close eyes dynamic balance test between SLE group and control group(P0.01).Conclusion: The test indexes of dynamic balance instrument could reflect the effects of visual compensation on balance function in SLE patients objectively and quantitatively.Visual compensation training and balance training were very important in improving the balance function and in fall prevention of SLE patients. |
