| 摘 要： | 目的：建立一种准确度和灵敏度高,重现性好的山楂叶提取物中牡荆素鼠李糖苷的高效液相色谱测定法。方法：色谱柱为Zorbax SB-C18（250mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相A为乙腈,B为水溶液,梯度洗脱。0-5m in,流动相A由5%-10%,B由95%-90%;5-10m in,A由10%-18%,B由90%-82%;10-30m in,A保持18%,B保持82%,流速为1.0mL/m in,检测波长334 nm,柱温30℃。结果：牡荆素鼠李糖苷在4.296-64.440μg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积值线性关系良好（r=1）,平均回收率为99.19%,RSD=1.94%。结论：建立的含量测定方法简便、准确、灵敏,可用于山楂叶提取物中牡荆素鼠李糖苷的测定。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a accurate sensitive and reproducible method for the determination of vitexin rhamnoside in Hawthorn leaves extracts.Methods：The column was Zorbax SB-C18（250mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）,The mobile phase was composed of A：acetonitrile,B：water;gradient elution profile was 0~5 min,A：5%~10%,B：95%~90%,5~10 min,A：10%~18%,B：90%~82%,10~30 min,A： 18%,B： 82%,with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,detection wave length was 334 nm and the column temperature was 30℃.Results：The 1inear range of vitexin rhamnoside was 4.296～64.440 μg/mL（r=1）;the average recovery was 99.19%（RSD=1.94%）.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and sensitive for the determination of vitexin rhamnoside in Hawthorn leaves extracts. |
