灯盏细辛治疗老年急性冠脉综合征的临床疗效观察

目的：观察灯盏细辛注射液治疗急性冠脉综合征患者的疗效及安全性。方法：将66例急性冠脉综合征患者随机分为两组。灯盏细辛组34例,在原有常规治疗基础上应用灯盏细辛注射液40mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液250mL中静滴,每日1次,20天为1个疗程。对照组32例原有常规治疗基础上应用复方丹参注射液800mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250mL中静滴,每日1次,20天为1个疗程。对比分析两组的临床疗效。结果：治疗组的显效率为35.3%,对照组的显效率为18.8%,两者比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;治疗组的总有效率为88.2%,亦优于对照组的68.8%（P〈0.05）,且未见明显不良反应;灯盏细辛注射液治疗后的纤维蛋白原及血小板计数与治疗前比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：灯盏细辛注射液有明显的扩张血管,增加心肌血流量,降低外周血管阻力,改善微循环的作用,能够形成梗死部位区域侧支循环,有效改善心肌供血,同时抑制红细胞和血小板凝集,降低红细胞压积、血液粘滞,防止血栓形成,是治疗急性冠脉综合征安全、有效的药物之一。

The Observation of the Fleabane Injection Clinical Curative Effect on the Old Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

Objective：To observe the fleabane injection clinical curative effect and security on the patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods：We divided 66 patients with acute coronary syndrome into 2 groups.The experimental group had 34 patients,besides the conventional therapy,they were treated by using of 40mL fleabane injection interfusion with 250mL 5% Glucose injection,intervenous drip,once daily,one course of treatment were 20 days.The control group had 32 patients,besides the conventional therapy,they were treated by using of 800mg salvia miltiorrhiza injection inter-fusion with 250mL 5% Glucose injection,intervenous drip,once daily,one course of treatment were 20 days.Then we compared the clinical curative effect of the two groups.Results：The noticeable effect power of the experimental group was 35.3%,higher than the control group 18.8%（P 〈 0.05）;The total effective power of the experimental group was 88.2%,higher than the control group 68.8%（P 〈 0.05）,and there were no obvious adverse effect;The value of the fi-brinogen and the blood platelets were significantly decreased in the patients after using the fleabane injection upon the ini-tiation（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The fleabane injection has obvious effect of dilating the blood vessel,increasing the my-ocardial flow,decreasing the peripheral vascular resistance,improving the microcirculatory,and it can form the collateral circulation in the myocardial infarction area,improve the myocardial blood-supply effectively,inhibit the agglutination of the red blood cells and the blood platelets,decrease the hematocrit and the blood sticking phenomenon,and prevent the thrombogenesis.It is one of the safe and effcctive drugs treating the patients with acute coronary syndrome
