| 摘 要： | 类风湿关节炎（RA）是一难治性自身免疫性疾病,认为禀赋不足为RA发病之本,寒热错杂为RA致病之标,痰瘀痹阻为RA病理产物,寒热错杂、痰瘀痹阻为RA基本病因病机。

| Abstract: | Rheumatoid arthritis（RA） is an autoimmune disease and difficult to cure,We consider that constitutional insufficiency is the root of RA coming on,cold-heat complex is the tip of RA coming on,and phlegm-stasis impediment obstruction is the pathological product of RA.Cold-heat complex and phlegm-stasis impediment obstruction are the basic disease cause and pathomechanism of RA. |
