中医辨证论治糖尿病肾病肾功能不全的临床研究

目的：研究中医辨证论治疗糖尿病肾病肾功能不全的疗效。方法：将本院近年来在西医疗法基础上结合中医辨证论治疗的48例糖尿病肾病患者作为治疗组，并用同期46例采用西医治疗方法治疗的糖尿病肾病患者作为对照组。比较二组之间治疗效果的差异。结果：通过治疗组与对照组的对比，表明辨证分型加西医治疗的治疗组的疗效显著优于单纯西医治疗的对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：采用中医辨证论治疗DN均有与西医治疗不同的独特疗效，与西医疗法结合可增强西医治疗的疗效，具有广泛的临床实践意义。

Clinical Research in Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy Renal Insufficiency Patients with TCM Syndrome Differentiation

Objective ： To study TCM syndrome differentiation in treatment of diabetic nephropathy renal insufficiency. Methods ： Based on western medicine therapy method, we combined with TCM syndrome differentiation to treat 48 cases patients with nephropathy renal insufficiency as treatment group, and the same period of 46 cases of diabetes nephrosis patient were treated with western medicine therapy methods as control group. Compared the difference between the two groups. Results ： Through the treatment group and control group, the result indicated that effect of TCM syndrome differ- entiation combining with western medicine therapy treatment group was significantly better than pure western medicine treatment group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： TCM syndrome differentiation in treatment of DN had its unique curative effect comparing with western medicine, and combining with western medicine therapy can enhance the curative effect.
