中药内服外敷治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效观察

目的：观察中药内服外敷治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效及安全性。方法：采用随机分组法将45例患者随机分为治疗组养阴清热、化湿通络中草药日1剂口服加中药外敷和对照组养阴清热、化湿通络中草药日1剂口服。结果：治疗组总有效率、显效率分别91.3%、73.9%,对照组分别为77.3%、36.4%,治疗组显著优于对照组。在改善症状体征及主要化验指标方面治疗组亦优于对照组。安全性方面,应用内服外敷的患者无明显不良反应,临床上安全可靠。结论：中药内服加外敷治疗类风湿关节炎临床应用效果显著。

Clinical Observation of Rheumatoid Arthritis Treated with Internal and External Chinese Medicine

Objective：To observe the curative effect and safety of treating RA （Syndrome of damp and heat obstruction） by internal and external Chinese Medicine.Methods：45 patients were randomly assigned to two groups：the treatment group（internal and external Chinese Medicine） and the control group（by oral Chinese medicine of nourishing yin and clearing away heat,resolving dampness and dredging collaterals）.Results：The curative effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group with a statistical significance. The total effective rates and the excellent rates in the treatment group were 91.3% and 73.9%,respectively in the control group were 77.3%and 36.4%. Espectively,and the excellent Statistical results indicated that the treatment group remarkably lowered the symptom-marks of RA and alleviated the discomforts caused by RA and did not show unhealthy reactions.Conclusion：The clinical effect with treating RA by internal and external Chinese Medicine is good and with higher safety.
