浅析妊娠期糖代谢异常与中医体质的关系

目的：通过将中医体质学说运用到妊娠期,对糖代谢异常孕妇进行中医体质评估,找出与糖代谢异常相关的中医体质,以便在临床中更好的达到防病和＂治未病＂的目的。方法：以在浙江省妇产科参加具有中医特色的孕产妇保健系统管理的孕产妇作为研究对象,根据糖筛和OGTT结果将其分成正常组、糖筛假阳性组及糖代谢异常组,对3组分别进行中医体质评估,并应用SPSS13.0数据处理系统对数据进行统计分析。结果：正常组及糖筛假阳性组中平和型孕妇所占比例最多,糖代谢异常组中痰湿型孕妇所占比例最多。结论：通过对痰湿型孕妇进行调护,对偏颇状态进行干预,使起其得以纠正,从而在一定程度上可减少糖代谢异常的发生。

Analyze The Relationship About Abnormal Glucose Metabolism In Pregnant Women and Postnatal Constitution

Objective：Physical theory by the use of Chinese medicine to pregnant women with abnormal glucose metabolism during pregnancy, the physiological state of its assessment of Chinese medicine practitioners, and find the relationship with traditional chinese medicine constitution and the abnormal glucose metabolism, in order to in clinical better achieved prevents disease.Methods：The study objects are pregnant women who examined in Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang Chinese medicine hospital in Xiasha and join the management of the health care system which have characteristic of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the study of maternal, according to sugar screening and OGTT results will be divided into normal group, sugar screening false-positive group and abnormal glucose metabolism groups, respectively, of three groups of Chinese medicine practitioners to assess physiological state and application of data processing systems SPSS 13.0 statistical analysis of data.Results：The most proportion in normal group and sugar screening false-positive pregnant is balance type, but the most proportion in abnormal glucose metabolism group is phlegm and dampness type. Conclusion：Pregnant women in phlegm and dampness type prone to occurred abnormal glucose metabolism, with a view to the adoption of nursing of pregnant women, so that will be corrected unbalance type to balance type,thereby to reduce the incidence of abnormal glucose metabolism rates.
