中西医结合治疗淤胆型肝炎的临床研究

目的：探讨和分析中西医结合治疗淤胆型肝炎的临床价值。方法：将120例符合淤胆型肝炎诊断标准的患者按1∶1随机分成对照组和实验组。对照组仅应用常规西医方法治疗,实验组在其基础上加用中药汤剂,疗程为4～12周。比较两者治疗前、后肝功能指标及症状的变化。结果：两组症状均消失或明显改善;实验组治疗的总体有效率为83.3%,对照组仅为61.7%,两者比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。两组治疗前、后TBILI、ALT、AST、ALP、GGT明显减低,其差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组治疗后TBILI、ALT、AST、ALP、GGT明显低于对照组,且差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗淤胆型肝炎疗效显著,治疗效果稳定且无副作用,该方法值得临床应用和推广。

Combine Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Cholestatic Jepatitis Clinical Research

Objective：To discussion and analysis of combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of cholestatic hepatitis.Methods：120 patients with cholestatic hepatitis diagnosis standard sedimentation by 1 patients were divided two groups-compared group and study group.Only applications in medicine,treatment routine at its basis doctor practicingwestern medicine,treatment for 12 weeks.Compare both before and after the treatment of liver function index and symptoms of change.Results：Two groups of symptoms disappeared or improved.The overall effective treatment of study group were 83.3%,compared group were 61.7%,there were significant difference（P0.05）.Both group before and after the treatment in TBILI,ALT,AST,ALP and GGT apparent reduce,its differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.After treatment,ALT,TBILI AST,ALP and GGT of study group apparent reduce compared group,there were significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusions Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of cholestatic hepatitis treatment effect remarkable curative effect,stable and no side effect,this method is worth clinical application and promotion.
