| 摘 要： | 通过对近年来热毒血瘀证与炎症相关性基础和临床研究的文献综述,回顾了热毒血瘀证与血清白介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、干扰素等炎性因子间的相关联系;发现清热解毒活血化瘀法在临床诸多炎症的治疗中发挥着重要的作用;同时炎症反应在热毒血瘀证动物模型中存在一定介导作用;总结了炎症反应在热毒血瘀证的发生发展中＂扮演＂的重要角色。

| Abstract: | Through summarizing the literatures concerning basic and clinical study on the correlation between toxic-heat-blood-stasis syndrome and inflammation,reviewing close correlation of toxic-heat-blood-stasis syndrome with serum interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-alpha and interferons,it was found that clearing away heat and toxic material and promoting blood circulation and removing stasis approaches could effect vitally in clinical treatment of inflammation,and the inflammation reaction shows certain effect of mediation in animal model of toxic-heat-blood-stasis syndrome.Accordingly,the important role played by inflammatory reaction in the occurrence and development of toxic-heat-blood-stasis syndrome is summarized in the paper. |
