外用5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗湿热蕴结型尖锐湿疣所致创面感染的处理

目的：探讨局部外用5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗尖锐湿疣创面感染的细菌谱特点及其对创面愈合的影响。方法：收集门诊2008年1月-2009年6月局部外用5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗的112例尖锐湿疣创面分泌物,并进行药敏试验,将感染患者随机分为2组,一组进行局部湿敷治疗,一组同时使用抗生素治疗,比较2组创面恢复情况。结果：112例患者中有104例培养出16种细菌,局部湿敷治疗组和根据药敏试验结果同时使用抗生素治疗组在疗效上无明显差异。结论：局部外用5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗尖锐湿疣导致的创面感染菌种较多,但全身抗感染治疗对创面愈合无重要意义,局部湿敷处理可以迅速恢复创面。

Therapy of Infected Wounds After Topical Imiquimod 5% Cream Treatment for Patients with Condyloma Acuminatum

Objective：To evaluate the features of bacterial spectrum in infected wounds after topical Imiquimod 5% Cream treatment for patients with condyloma acuminatum and its effect on the wounds healing.Methods：Excretion specimen of infected wound after topical Imiquimod 5% Cream treatment in 112 out-patients with condyloma acuminatum from January 2008 to June 2009 were collected for bacterial culture and drug sensitivity test.patients infected were randomly divided into 2 groups treated with hydropathic compress or antibiotics simultaneously,and the wounds healing in 2 groups were compared.Results：Among all the patients,104 cases were isolated 16 strains.There was no significant difference of curative effect between the 2 groups,treatment with hydropathic compress or antibiotics simultaneously according to the results of drug sensitivity test.Conclusion：A great of strains may be isolated in the wounds after topical Imiquimod 5% Cream treatment for patients with condyloma acuminatum,but anti-infective therapy is not necessary,wound surface will revive quickly after local hydropathic compress.
