摘 要: | 目的:优化祛风成骨胶囊的喷雾干燥最佳工艺。方法:用正交设计法考察进风温度、喷雾压力、浸膏相对密度对产品中川芎嗪含量、干粉得率、含水量的影响。结果:最佳喷雾干燥工艺条件为进风温度170℃、喷雾压力为0.6MPa、药液相对密度为1.10(60℃热测)。结论:该喷雾干燥工艺稳定可行,可用于祛风成骨胶囊的生产。

Abstract: | Objective:Optimization qufeng osteogenesis capsule spray drying process.Methods:Using orthogonal design method into the wind temperature,examine,spray pressure of products in the relative density of ligustrazine content,powder and the effect of water content.Results:The best spray drying conditions for wind temperature,spray 170 0.6 MPa pressure tank,relative density for 1.10 (60 degrees heat).Conclusion:The spray drying process stable feasible,and can be used in the production of osteoblast qufeng capsule. |
