| 摘 要： | 目的：研究舒阴洗液的质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法鉴别苦参、白鲜皮、蛇床子;采用高效液相色谱法测定苦参中有效成分苦参碱的含量。结果：鉴别方法专属性强,重现性好,空白无干扰;苦参碱在3.9～117.0μg之间呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为101.69%,RSD=1.84%（n=9）。结论：本研究中建立的定性定量方法操作简便,专属性强,准确可靠,可以有效控制舒阴洗液质量。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish the quality standard of Shuyin Lotion.Methods：Sophora Flavescens Ait,Cortex Dict-amni,Fructus Cnidii in Shuyin Lotion were identified by TLC,and content of matrine was determined by HPLC.Results：The method for identification had good specificity and repeatability.There was no interference in blank control.The cali-bration curve of matrine was linear in range of 3.9 ～ 117.0 μg（r = 0.99999）.The average recovery was 101.69% with RSD of 1.84%（n = 9）.Conclusion：The qualitative and quantitative method is simple,specific,accurate and reliable.It can be used to effectively control the quality of Shuyin Lotion. |
