醒脑开窍中药对血脑屏障影响的研究进展

通过综合分析多年来有关醒脑开窍中药研究的文献,系统地揭示醒脑开窍中药（麝香、石菖蒲、冰片等）对血脑屏障（BBB）的影响。该类中药有效成分脂溶性强、分子量极小,易挥发;易快速透过BBB进入脑组织,并具有双向调节BBB通透性的作用,能改善BBB功能和保护脑组织;能引药上行,除了本身能透过BBB进入脑组织发挥作用之外,还可促进其他药物透过BBB,提高药物的疗效。加强醒脑开窍中药对BBB影响的研究,能更科学地解释＂辛香走窜＂、＂开窍醒神＂、＂引药上行＂的本质,对治疗脑病有重要的理论意义和应用价值。

Current Studies on Effects of Blood Brain Barrier by TCD for Inducing Resuscitation

By means of analysing current literatures about effects of blood brain barrier by TCD for inducing resuscitation,we reveals the effects of these drugs on BBB. Active constituents of these drugs have the same features such as strong lipid solubility,small molecular weight,volatile,quickly through the BBB and enter the brain. They have a two-ways regulation on BBB permeability and can improve the protection of BBB and brain tissues.They also cite drugs and can improve the curative effects of drugs through promoting them through the BBB.Reinforcing researches on effects of Blood-Brain Barrier by TCD for inducing resuscitation,we can explain traditional chinese medicine in a more scientific way and have important theoretical significances and application values to encephalopathy.
