| 摘 要： | 目的：观察不同粒径的参附汤超微粉单次给药在大鼠体内的毒代动力学研究,评价其安全性,为临床研究提供依据。方法：采用高效液相色谱法测定参附汤传统饮片与超微粉单次给药后血浆中乌头碱的含量来研究乌头碱在大鼠体内的毒代动力学过程。结果：参附汤超微粉中乌头碱在大鼠体内呈一级动力学消除,具有开放二房室模型的特征。结论：参附汤超微粉符合急救用药的特性,可作为临床急救用药;但有体内蓄积的可能,不可久服。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the toxicokinetics and safety of different microns of Micro-powder Shenfu decoction by single administration to rat.Methos： To develop a HPLC method for determination of aconitine in plasm of rats after single ig administrations Of Micro-powder Shenfu decoction and Traditional Chinese Medicine Shenfu decoction in rats,To study the toxicokinetics distribution of Shenfu decoction.Results： the aconitine of Shenfu decoction present the first-order kinetics elimination in big rat body,possess two-compartment model character.Conclution： Micro-powder Shenfu decoction can be used as first aid medicine in clinic,but can not be administraed by long time because the possible of cumulation. |
