甘肃道地药材“岷归”无公害栽培关键技术研究进展

当归首载于《神农本草经》，是著名的常用中药材之一，主产于我国甘肃、四川、云南、陕西、贵州等地。甘肃岷山山脉的岷县、宕昌由于其特定的自然条件和悠久的栽培历史，当地所产当归富含医疗保健化学成分，被称为道地中药材“岷当归”（简称“岷归”）。在岷归的无公害栽培关键技术中，主要存在有如何解决育苗、麻口病防治、控制早期抽薹、新品种选育、栽培模式等问题，岷归的无公害栽培关键技术包括规范化育苗、优化种质资源、优化栽培模式等措施。通过提高当归药材质量，促进当归生产标准化、规范化、现代化，使其更好地满足医疗保健用药的需要并逐步走向世界。

Research Review of Key Technologies in the Pollution-free Cultivation of Radix Angelicae Sinensis

Radix Angelicae Sinensis was firstly recorded in Shennong＇s Classic of Materia Medica （Shennong Bencao Jing）, and it was one of famous and widely used Chinese crude drug. Radix Angelicae Sinensis produced in Min county was authentic Chinese crude drug,which was called ＂Mindanggui＂. The production of Radix Angelicae Sinensis in Min county has the advantage of grography and resource,but also exsits some problems sueh as raising of seedlings,prevention and treatment of Markou disease, controlling of premature bolting, selection of new varieties and cultural mode. Key technologies in pollution-free cultivation of Radix Angelicae Sinensis include standardized raising seedling,optimized germplasm resource and cultural mode.To meet the needs of health care,we should promote standardization, normalization and moderniration of production through improving the quality of Radix Angelicae Sinensis.
