昆山市蚊蝇对常用杀虫剂抗性的实验研究

目的：为合理利用杀虫剂，提高防制效果，测试了蚊蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗性；方法：蚊虫采用浸渍法，家蝇采用点滴法；结果：蚊虫对常用杀虫剂的抗性由低到高依次为溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯、敌敌畏。家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗性由低到高依次为溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、敌敌畏；结论：蚊蝇对常用杀虫剂已产生了不同程度的抗性。在今后的防制工作中，应采取以环境治理为主的综合性防制措施，减少和控制化学杀虫剂的使用，或采取不同杀虫剂复配、轮换使用等方法，延缓蚊蝇抗性产生。

Research on the Experiment of Files and Mosquitoes Resistance to Common Insecticides in Kunshan City

Objective; To detect the resistance of mosquitoes and flies to common insecticides,xo as to use insecticides reasonably,enhance the control effect.Methods; Dipping method for mosquitoes and dropping method for flies; Results:From low to high degree of resistance,for mosquitoes,the insecticides are deltamethrin,permethrin,DDVP,and for flies are deltamethrin,cypermethrin,permethrin,and DDVP; Conclusion; The mosquitoes and flies have had resistance to common insecticides to different degrees.Therefore,we should take the environmental improvement as the prior method,and control the usage of insecticides or use the mixtures of different insecticides as well as use them altmately in order to slow down the process of resistance.
