摘    要:目的:设计一款基于指端容积脉搏波的血流参数自动检测装置。方法:利用反射式光电传感器获得人体指端容积脉搏波,采用C8051F020单片机对脉搏波进行自动分析、处理与计算,将得到的各项血流参数通过TC35i型GSM模块远程传输给医生。结果:设计的血流参数检测装置能够实现指端容积脉搏波的采集与计算,并可顺利地通过GSM网络接收与发送短消息。结论:该装置使得血流参数检测变得简单、方便,利用GSM网络的无线传输功能,使检测不受地理位置的限制,特别适用于家庭医疗保健。

Abstract:Objective To design a hemodynamic parameters automatic detecting instrument to get the hemodynamic parameters from people through analyzing and calculating pulse wave from fingertip.Methods The reflective photoelectric sensor was used to get the pulse wave from fingertip,and the pulse wave could be analyzed and calculated automatically by the MCU of C8051F020,and the detecting result of hemodynamic parameters could be sent to doctor through the TC35i module of GSM.Results The instrument realized the function of getting and calculating pulse wave,and the goal of sending and receiving message was also achieved.Conclusion With the network of GSM,the instrument makes it easy to detect hemodynamic parameters without geographic restrictions,and it is very suitable for home health care.
