医用X线机计时/计曝光量测试与控制电路的研制

摘    要:目的:为提高工频X线机对X线量的控制精度,同时为维修工程师提供曝光量测量仪器,设计并制作了一台集计时、计曝光量测量与控制于一身的电子电路。方法:利用精密运放器构成可调恒流源电路对电容器充电,将电容器两端的电压作为计时或计曝光量的模拟量,经处理后送至显示电路或控制电路,完成对X线机计时、计曝光量的测量和控制工作。结果:采用本电路可使X线机产生X线量的误差范围由原来的±(10%~15%)缩减到<±2%。结论:该电路能很方便地取代原机器的计时电路,使机器增加了计曝光量功能,大幅度提高原机器对曝光量的控制精度。

Abstract:Objective To design and produce a testing and controlling electronic circuit for timing and total exposure measurement so as to improve the accuracy of power frequency X-ray machine and to provide an exposure measuring instrument for the maintenance engineers.Methods The capacitor was charged by using the precision op amp as the adjustable constant current source circuit,the voltage across the capacitor was used as timing or total exposure analog, which was sent to the display circuit or control circuit after treatment to complete the timing and total exposure measurement testing and controlling.Results By using the circuit,the error range of X-ray amount produced by X-ray machine was reduced from±(10%~15%) to less than±2%.Conclusion This circuit can easily replace the timing circuitry of the original machine,which increases the total exposure measurement function to the machine,and improves greatly the exposure control accuracy of the original machine.
