摘    要:目的:研制一种利用无线路由GPRS传输、具有实时在线远程监测功能的氧气浓度中心监控系统,该系统可满足各大医院的氧气浓度自动集中监测和提前预警,并可与外部互联网及内部局域网形成数据共享。方法:结合成熟的GPRS模块和单片机技术,采用多点循环访问和冗余数据侦测手段,使分机的有效数据打包上传至内外网,然后在监控端利用可视化界面编程软件VB6.0和Visual C++编写底层握手协议,将互联网的数据解包并逐一分解成所需对应信息显示。结果:实践表明,分别链接局域网和外网后,经过与现场分机比对,院内外的监控端均能实时显示对应浓度,低于指定的阈值则给出预警提示。结论:该监测系统(含分机)性能稳定,不受距离和复杂电磁环境的影响,全天候响应,实现了中心供氧的自动化和智能化,为医院气体的综合化管理做出了基础研究和初步探索。

Abstract:Objective To develop an oxygen concentration center monitoring system with the function of online remote monitoring in real time transmitted by wireless GPRS in order to meet the demands of automatically focused monitoring and early warning of oxygen concentrations in large hospital,and data sharing between external Internet and internal LAN.Methods Combined with mature GPRS modules and single-chip microcomputer technology,using multipoint circulation access and redundant data detection methods,the extension effective data were packed and uploaded to internal and external nets,and then the bottom handshaking protocols were written by visual interface programming software VB6.0 and Visual C++ in the monitoring terminal in order to unpack and decompose the Internet data into the corresponding information display one by one.Results Practice showed that after the linkage to LAN and network respectively and a comparison with the extension,the monitoring terminals in and out of hospital could real-timely display corresponding concentration and provide prompt early-warning when the concentration below designated threshold value.Conclusion The monitoring system(including extension) has stable performance,without influence by distance and complex electromagnetic environment,and can all-weather response,and realize automation and intelligence in oxygen supply center,which makes the basic research and preliminary exploration for the comprehensive management of hospital gas.Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2012,33(6):15-17,29]
