| 摘 要： | 目的 :建立测定复方金蒲片中丹参酮Ⅱ A 含量的高效液相色谱法。方法 :以Shim -packCLC -ODS(4 6mm×250mm ,5μm )为色谱柱 ,甲醇 -水 (15∶5)为流动值 ,流速为1 5ml/min ,检测波长为270nm。用回流方法提取复方金蒲片中丹参酮ⅡA。结果 :丹参酮ⅡA 的浓度在0 01333～0 10667μg/ml(r=0 9998 ,n=5)范围内线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为98 98 % (RSD=1 1 % ,n=5)。结论 :本方法操作简单 ,检测结果准确 ,重现性好 ,能有效地控制复方金蒲片的质量。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To establish the HPLC method for determination of tanshinone Ⅱ A in compound Jinpu tablets METHODS:HPLC was performed on Shim-pack CLC-ODS(4 6mm×250mm,5μm) with methanol-water(15∶5) as mobile phase Flow rate was 1 5ml/min and detecting wavelength was 270nm Tanshinone Ⅱ A in compound Jinpu tablets was extracted by reflux method RESULTS:The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 0 01 333～0 10 667μg/ml(r=0 9 998,n=5) CONCLUSION:This method is simple,accurate,repeatable and effective for quality control of compound Jinpu tablets |
