Clinical observation of curettage combined with Marvelon in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of curettage combined with desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets(trade name:Marvelon)in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods A total of 80 patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with curettage only,and the observation group was treated with curettage combined with Marvelon.The hemoglobin level before and after treatment and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the hemoglobin(87.14±6.53)g/L of the observation group had n o statistically significant difference compared with(88.02±7.01)g/L of the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the hemoglobin of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group(108.95±4.62)g/L was higher than(90.37±5.73)g/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the control group was 7.50%,which was 50.00%of the observation group.The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Curettage combined with Marvelon has affirmative effect in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding,and can effectively improve the hemoglobin level,which is worthy of promotion.
