乳腺癌是中国女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,新辅助化疗是乳腺癌治疗的重要组成部分.中药因其独特的优势,在抗肿瘤方面有着明确的疗效.本文通过检索近十年来相关文献,对中药联合新辅助化疗治疗乳腺癌的研究进展进行系统论述,整理了中医介入乳腺癌新辅助时期治疗的理论来源与发展,认为此时期的主导思想是"攻邪兼顾扶正".与乳腺癌术后治疗时期...

Research progress of Chinese medicine joined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy in treating breast cancer

Abstract:
Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in Chinese women,and neoadjuvant chemotherapy is an important part of the treatment of breast cancer.In this paper,the research progress of Chinese medicine combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer was systematically discussed by searching the relevant literature in the past ten years.This paper summarized the theoretical source and development of Chinese medicine in the neoadjuvant stage of breast cancer treatment,and holds that the dominant thought in this periods is to‘attack evil and help restore resource’.Different from the application of Chinese medicine in the postoperative treatment period for breast cancer,neoadjuvant chemotherapy is mainly about‘attacking evil qi’and‘supporting vital qi’,and eliminating tumor is its main goal.And the function of Chinese medicine can be summarized into three points:reducing tumor load and inhibiting tumor proliferation and metastasis,regulating immune function,alleviating the adverse reactions of chemotherapy and improving the patient’s life quality.In addition,the current status and existing problems were reviewed in order to provide further reference for the treatment and research of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer.
