罗格列酮对糖尿病伴原发性高血压患者的疗效观察

目的观察罗格列酮治疗糖尿病合并原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法将78例糖尿病伴高血压患者分为观察组40例和对照组38例，观察组给予罗格列酮4mg／d，对照组服用二甲双胍片1500mg／d；观察两组患者治疗前后血压、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白和肝肾功变化，疗程三个月。结果治疗前后两组患者肝肾功无明显变化，治疗后两组血压、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平与治疗前比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；观察组与对照组治疗后各项指标比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论罗格列酮治疗糖尿病伴原发性高血压疗效明确。

Clinical observation of diabetes mixed hypertension patients treating by rosiglitazone maleate tablets

Objective To observe the curative effect of rosiglitazone maleate tablets treatment on dia- betes mixed hypertension. Methods To divide randomly78 patients into the observing group and control group, the observing was given rosiglitazone maleate tablets 4 mg daily. The control group was given metformin hydro- chloride tablets 1500mg daily. Observing function of liver and kindey, blood presure, fasting blood glucose, blood glucose after taking food 2hours later, glycohemoglobin level was assayed. Results After the treatment, function of liver and kindey was normal, blood presure, fasting blood glucose, blood glucose after taking food 2hours later, glycohemoglobin was significant difference between before and after the treatment,P 〈 0.05. Con- clnsion Rosiglitazone maleate tablets have treaing effect on diabetes mixed hypertension.
