穴位帖敷法治疗三叉神经痛的临床疗效观察

目的:揭示穴位贴敷法治疗三叉神经痛的临床有效性,通过神经递质研究其治疗三叉神经痛的机制。方法:本研究采用双盲随机分组对照法及放射免疫法进行。将入选的60例三叉神经痛患者随机分为两组,针刺组与贴敷组,每组30例,分别用按分支穴位贴敷法及毫针刺法进行治疗,15日为一疗程。分别观察治疗前后疼痛发作频次、临床总有效率以及其对三叉神经痛患者血浆P物质(致痛物质)、β-内啡肽(镇痛物质)含量的影响。结果:穴位贴敷法可使三叉神经痛患者的疼痛发作频次明显减少(P<0.01),临床总有效率为90%,与针刺组疗后比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。穴位贴敷法可使患者血浆P物质含量明显下降(P<0.05),β-内啡肽含量明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:运用穴位贴敷法治疗三叉神经痛是一种有效的且不诱发三叉神经痛发作的治疗新方法。

Acupoint Affixed Therapy in the Treatment of Trigeminal Neuralgia

Objective：To provide a new way of trigeminal neuralgia（TN） by point affixed and study its mechanism.Methods：Sixty patients of TN are divided into two groups,who were treated by acupoint affixed and acupuncture respectively.The number of the aching,the therapeutic effect and the content of substance P（SP）and β-endorphin in the blood plasma of the patients are recorded and compared.Results：The treatment of point affixed obviously reduced the number of the aching of patients（P0.01） and its rate of general efficiency is 90% and the effect on the content of substance P（SP） in the blood plasma of the patients is reduced（P0.05）,and β-endorphin in the blood plasma of the patients is increased（P0.05）.Conclusion：This treatment is an effective method for treating TN.
