超声引导经会阴前列腺穿刺活检的临床应用

目的探讨超声引导下经会阴前列腺穿刺活检术的应用价值。方法患者取膀胱截石位，充分暴露会阴部，以1％利多卡因5ml作浸润麻醉，在超声引导下，用自动活检枪以6针系统穿刺法于前列腺双侧外周带各穿刺2针，移行带各穿刺1针。结果48例经穿刺活检，检出前列腺癌13例（27％），良性前列腺增生35例（73％）。结论经会阴前列腺穿刺活检是一种并发症少、阳性率高的前列腺癌的诊断方法。

Clinical application of ultrasound guided Prostatic Biopsy Through Perineal Approach

Objective To study the clinical value of ultrasound guided prostatic biopsy through perineal approach.Methods All the patients take the lithotomic position and are required to expose the perineal zone.After local infiltration anesthesia by 5 ml of 1% lidocaine,ultrasound guided prostatic biopsy was performed at two points on both sides of the peripheral zone and one point on the transitional zone.Results 13 cases were prostate cancer,the total positive rate was 27%.35 cases were benign prostatic hyperplasia,the total positive rate was 73%.Conclusion TRUS guided transperineal biopsy is an ideal method for the diagnosis of prostate cancer which has high accurate rate and less complications.
