等密度慢性硬膜下血肿45例CT诊断与分析

目的 评价CT扫描对等密度慢性硬膜下血肿的诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析45例经手术证实为等密度慢性硬膜下血肿患者的CT表现.结果 45例患者所有病变均位于幕上,表现为颅板下弓形等密度影;其中单侧病变者40例,双侧病变者5例.中线结构不同程度向健侧或向血肿相对较小的一侧移位,脑沟、裂、池不同程度变浅或消失,侧脑室不同程度变窄、移位.结论 CT扫描能较准确地判断等密度慢性硬膜下血肿的位置、大小、范围,对指导临床治疗有重要价值.

CT diagnosis and analysis on isodense chronic subdural hematoma in 45 cases

Objective To evaluate the value of CT scanning in the diagnosis of isodense chronic subural hematoma.Methods CT manifestation characteristics in 45 cases of isodense chronic subdural hematoma confirmed by surgery were retrospectively analyzed.Results In 45 cases,all lesions were supratentorial and manifested archform isodense shadow under skull plate.The unilateral lesions were in 40 cases,and the bilateral lesions were in 5 cases.The different degrees of shift of midline structure to the contralateral or the side with relatively smaller hematoma were showed.The different levels of shallowed or disappearance of cerebral sulcus,schizencephaly,cistern,and the different degrees of shift and narrow of lateral ventricle were displayed.Conclusion CT scans can accurately determine the location,size and scope of isodense chronic subdural hematoma,which is of great importance to guide the clinical treatment.
