双环法乳房缩小术后患者发热的影响因素分析

摘    要:
目的探讨双环法乳房缩小术后患者发热的发生情况及其影响因素。方法选择符合条件的双环法乳房缩小术患者46例,观察手术当日至术后第4天患者的日最高体温,分析发热的相关因素。结果术后第1-第2天发热患者占90%以上,术后第3-第4天患者体温逐渐下降;发热与患者体质量、切除乳房组织量呈显著正相关(P〈0.01)。结论术后1-2d为双环法乳房缩小术后患者吸收热期,除做好引流、体位与疼痛护理外,尤应加强对发热的护理。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the incidence of fever after bi-loop method reduction mammaplasty as well as the influential factors. Methods 46 cases indicative of bi-loop method reduction mammaplasty involved the study. The highest body temperature each day from the operation day to the forth was recorded. The causes of fever were analyzed. Results More than 90% of the cases developed fever within 1 -2 days after operation. The body temperature fell on day 3 or 4 after operation. Fever was positively correlated with body constitution and the size of removed tissues (P〈0.01). Conclusion 1-2 days after bi-loop method reduction mammaplasty is a period for fever absorption. Besides tender nursing of drainage, body position and pains, nursing of fever needs more attention.
