鼻窦炎口服液治疗慢性化脓性鼻窦炎的疗效观察

目的：探讨鼻窦炎口服液治疗慢性化脓性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法：80例慢性化脓性鼻窦炎患者，随机分为治疗组40例，鼻窦穿刺冲洗后服鼻窦炎口服液治疗；对照组40例穿刺后窦腔注入庆大霉素治疗。治疗后比较症状、体征改善状况。结果：治疗组总有效率为92．5％，对照组总有效率为52．2％。两组间差异有极显著性意义（P＜0．01）。结论：鼻窦炎口服液治疗慢性化脓性鼻窦炎具有较好疗效，安全无副作用。

Curative Effect of Nasosinusitis Oral Liquid on Chronic Suppurative Sinusitis

Objective:To study the curative effect of Nasosinusitis Oral Liquid(NOL) on chronic suppurative sinusitis.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into tow groups. All of them received puncturing to maxillary sinus at first, then the 40 cases in the treated group were treated with NOL; the 20 cases in the control group were given gentamycin into the cavity of sinus through puncturing needle. Results:The general effective rate in treatment group was 92.5% rate and was 52.5% in control group. The difference (P<0.01) was obvious between the two groups. Conclusion:Treatment of chronic suppurative sinusitis with NOL is effective and with little side effect.
