摘    要:

系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种表现复杂的慢性自身免疫性疾病,其治疗主要以糖皮质激素和免疫抑制剂为主。近年来,治疗SLE的生物制剂不断涌现,为SLE的治疗提供了新的选择。综述生物制剂治疗SLE的研究进展,并对其发展进行展望。

Abstract:
Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic autoimmune disease with a polymorphic presentation, the treatment of which is mainly based on corticosteroids and immunosuppressive agents. In recent years, biological agents for SLE continue to emerge, providing new treatment options. This article reviewed the research progress in biological treatment of SLE and made an outlook for its future development.
