沙苑子化学成分研究

摘    要:从沙苑子80%的乙醇提取物中,首次分得八个化合物。其中沙苑子新甙(neocomplanoside,Ⅶ)和沙苑子杨梅甙(myricomplanoside,Ⅷ)为两个新的黄酮类化合物,其它六个为已知成分。

Abstract:Sha-Yuan-Zi is the seeds of Astragalus complanatus R. Br.. Eight compounds were isolated from its 80% ethanolic extract. Their structures have been identified by spectroscopic and chemical methods. Two of them are new and named neocomplanoside (VII) and myricomplanoside-(VIII) respectively. All the compounds were obtained from Sha-Yuan-Zi for the first time.
