胰腺癌的早期诊断是提高疗效的关键

目的 探讨胰腺癌肿瘤分期与治疗方法及生存率的关系,总结胰腺癌的诊治经验。方法 回顾分析1990年1月至2000年12月收治的321例胰腺癌患者的临床资料,对不同肿瘤TNM分期患者进行根治性切除率统计和生存率分析。结果 肿瘤TNM分期Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期、ⅣA期和ⅣB期的根治性切除率分别为100％、100％、82．6％、12．3％、2．1％;TNMⅠ、Ⅱ期患者的1、3、5年生存率分别为73．3％、40．0％、30．0％,明显高于其他各组患者,差别有统计学意义。结论 获得早期诊断的患者能进行彻底的根治性切除术,提高早期诊断率对改善胰腺癌的长期生存率意义重大。

Early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer is essential to improving the effect of treatment

OBJECTIVES: To explore the relation between tumor TNM of pancreatic cancer and treatment, and to summarize the experience in diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer. METHODS: The data on 321 patients with pancreatic cancer treated at our hospital between January 1990 and December 2000 were reviewed retrospectively. Radical resection and survival for various TNM stages were analyzed. RESULTS: The rats of radical resection for stage I, stage II, stage III, stage IVA, and stage IVB were 100%, 100%, 82.6%, 12.3% and 2.1% respectively. The 1-, 3- and 5-year survivals of stage I, II were 73.3%, 40.0% and 30.0% respectively, and higher than those of other groups. CONCLUSIONS: The patients with pancreatic cancer diagnosed early can undergo radical resection. The elevation of early diagnosis rate is significant for the improvement of survival.
