| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜手术常见损伤的原因及预防措施。方法:总结2001年2月至2008年12月我院为1 798例患者行腹腔镜手术的临床经验,分析发生损伤的原因。结果:1 798例患者中9例发生损伤,占0.5%,其中穿刺孔血管损伤致出血1例;胆总管损伤2例,均于术中发现中转开腹修复,损伤的胆总管放置"T"管;右肝管损伤2例;胃损伤1例;小肠损伤3例。结论:腹腔镜手术是安全的,只要加强腹腔镜医师的培训,充分了解可能出现的解剖变异,及时正确地应对手术过程中出现的变化,就能减少腹腔镜术中损伤所致的并发症。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the causes and prevention of common injury in laparoscopic surgery.Methods:The clinical experience of 1 798 patients who underwent laparoscopy from Feb.2001 to Dec.2008 in our hospital were summarized,the reasons of injury were analyzed.Results:Injury was found in 9 cases from 1 798 cases,which accounted for 0.5%.Of the 9 cases,1 cases of hemorrhage was caused by incision blood vessel trauma,2 cases which was common bile duct injury were found during laparoscopy and converted to lap... |
