枳鳖胶囊对大鼠肝纤维化影响的实验研究

目的研究“枳鳖胶囊”抗肝纤维化作用。方法以四氯化碳花生油皮下注射结合高脂饲料、酒水饮料复合因素诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型。以秋水仙碱为对照,观察枳鳖胶囊对肝纤维化大鼠的一般情况,大鼠肝重与脾重,肝功能和肝组织羟脯氨酸(Hyp)含量的影响,并做肝脏病理切片,光镜观察肝组织苏木素伊红(HE)染色网状纤维染色病理形态学改变。结果枳鳖胶囊可明显改善肝纤维化大鼠的精神状态、饮食、毛色泽,增加其体重,抑制其肝脾的增大;显著降低肝纤维化大鼠血清天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT),显著升高血清白蛋白(ALb)、白蛋白/球蛋白比值(A/G);降低肝组织Hyp含量;明显减轻大鼠肝细胞损害、肝脏脂肪变性和胶原纤维增生的程度。结论枳鳖胶囊有较好的保护肝细胞,改善肝功能的作用,并能阻止肝纤维化进展甚或逆转肝纤维化病理改变。

Experimental study of zhibie capsules treating hepatic fibrosis in rats

Objective To observe the effect of zhibie capsules (ZBC,a TCM preparation) on anti-hepatofibrosis.Methods The model of hepatic fibrosis (HF) in rats was induced by complex factors of carbon tetrachloride (CCl_4),forage of high fat and alcohol.The effect of ZBC on general condition,the ratios of liver weight to body weight,spleen weight to body weight,liver function,hydroxyproline (Hyp) content of liver tissue and the pathological tissue changes were observed,and compared with colchicine.Results ZBC could obviously improve the rats′ mental state,appetite and hair luster,increase their body weight,repress the enlargement of liver and spleen,decrease the serum activity of ALT,AST,raise the serum Alb,A/G,decrease the amount of Hyp of the liver,relieve the inflammatory injury,fatty degeneration of the liver cells,and reduce the collagen fibre of the liver.Conclusion ZBC is good at protecting liver cells,improving liver function, reversing hepatic tissue′s pathological change and reversing HF.
