| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨卵巢癌ｒａｓｐ２１表达与ＤＮＡ倍体水平及临床病理参数的关系。方法：采用流式免疫荧光技术。结果：３６例卵巢癌１４例ｒａｓｐ２１呈阳性表达，ｒａｓｐ２１阳性表达与组织分级无关：ｒａｓｐ２１阳性表达量在二倍体与异倍体之间有显著性差异；ｒａｓｐ２１阳性表达多见于粘液性卵巢癌。结论：ｒａｓｐ２１表达量与ＤＮＡ倍体相关

A quantitative analysis of the ras oncogene product p21 in ovary carcinoma |

| Abstract: | ?Purpose: To detect the relation of ras p21 expression with DNA ploidy and clinic pathological parameters. Method: By the means of flow cytometry & immunofluorescence technique. Results: There were 14 cases with ras p21 positive expression and no relationship was found between ras p21 positive expression and histopathological grade. ras p21 expression content was significantly higher in aneupolid carcinomas than that in diploid ones, ras p21 positive espression occurred frequently in mucinous carcinomas. Conclusion: The amount of ras p21 expression correlated with DNA ploidy. |
