去甲万古霉素改善化疗相关性腹泻患者生活质量的作用

目的:评估肠道细菌分布改变在肿瘤化疗相关性腹泻中的作用及去甲万古霉素的治疗价值,探讨此疗法对肿瘤患者生活质量的影响。方法:采用革兰氏染色,测定肿瘤化疗相关性腹泻患者及同期化疗无腹泻者的菌群分布情况,对腹泻者试验性应用去甲万古霉素治疗。结果:102例肿瘤化疗相关性腹泻患者中87例出现难辨梭状芽孢杆菌感染,83例出现菌群失调,36例出现肠道真菌感染;而对照组菌群分布正常。去甲万古霉素治疗该种腹泻有效率91.2%。与治疗前相比患者腹泻症状缓解、Karnofsky评分改善、体重增加,生活质量得到改善。结论:菌群失调,难辨梭状芽孢杆菌、真菌感染在化疗相关性腹泻中占重要地位。去甲万古霉素是治疗该种腹泻安全有效的措施并对患者生活质量有一定的作用。

Relationship of norvancomycin treating patients with chemotherapy-induced diarrhea to improving quality of life

AIM:To assess the change of flora distribution in patients with chemotherapy induced diarrhea and the value of Norvancomycin in the treatment field, and to discuss the effect of patients' quality of life. METHODS:Stool of patients with chemotherapy induced diarrhea and those in control group was identified into different flora by Gram Staining. Norvancomycin was applied to treat diarrhea on trial. RESULTS:102 patients were suffered with chemotherapy induced diarrhea.Eighty seven subjects were caught with fusiform bacillus infection,83 subjects with flora imbalance and 36 subjects with fungal infection; but in control group, flora distribution was normal.The effective rate of Norvancomycin was 91.2% .Norvancomycin could relax the symptom of diarrhea,improve Karnofsky Score,put on weight and improve the quality of life.
