复方板蓝根颗粒中靛玉红的含量测定

摘    要:目的测定复方板蓝根颗粒中靛玉红的含量。方法高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Hypersil BDS C18(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),柱温:35℃;甲醇-水(66∶34)为流动相;流速1mL·min-1;检测波长为292nm。结果靛玉红在进样量为0.0015~0.0375μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为101.06%,RSD值为0.96%。结论该法可用于复方板蓝根颗粒中靛玉红的含量测定。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To determine indirubin in Fufang Banlangen Granules. METHODS The HPLC analysis was carried out on Hypersil BDS C18 (5μm, 4.6mm × 250mm), the mixture of methanol-water (66 : 34)was used as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 1 mL ·min^-1, the detection wavelength was 292nm. RESULTS The linear range of indirubin was 0. 0015-0. 0375μg. The average recovery of this method was 101.06% and the RSD was 0. 96%. CONCLUSION The method can be applied in determanition of indirubin in Fufang Banlangen Granules.
